Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The “Beyond the Boot Tracks Season 1 Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Beyond the Boot Tracks LLC, [PO Box Address TBD], [City, State ZIP TBD] (the “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any entity involved in the development or administration of this Sweepstakes, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee, officer, or director, are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on [START DATE TBD] at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends when 210 paid memberships have been sold or on [END DATE TBD] at 11:59 p.m. ET, whichever occurs first (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) methods of entry into the Sweepstakes:

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt by Sponsor.

5. Prizes

The following prizes will be awarded in the Sweepstakes:

All prize values stated are the Sponsor's good-faith estimates of approximate retail value (“ARV”). The actual value may vary. No cash equivalent is available unless otherwise stated. Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. A single entrant may win more than one prize.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. A maximum of 210 paid entries will be sold. Free mail-in entries may increase the total number of entries beyond 210.

7. Drawing

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor after all 210 memberships have been sold or after the Entry Period has ended, whichever comes first. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

Proportional Drawing Clause: Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the drawing before the maximum number of entries is reached. In such event, the number and value of prizes awarded will be proportionally adjusted based on the number of entries received. Prizes will be awarded in descending order of value until the proportional prize allocation is reached. Sponsor will announce the final prize list at least forty-eight (48) hours before the drawing.

8. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified by email and phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. Each potential winner must respond to the notification within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of notification. Failure to respond within the required time period may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion. Each potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where permitted by law) a Publicity Release within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of issuance. If any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential winner fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

9. Prize Conditions

• All prizes are awarded “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
• Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be provided, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
• Prize Substitution: If any prize becomes unavailable or impossible to fulfill, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of comparable or lesser value, including a cash alternative.
• All travel-related prizes are subject to availability, blackout dates, and booking requirements specified by the prize provider. Winners are responsible for any expenses not explicitly included in the prize description, including but not limited to transportation, meals, gratuities, and incidental expenses.
• Hunting prizes may require valid hunting licenses, permits, or certifications, which are the sole responsibility of the winner to obtain at their own expense.

10. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes valued at over $600.00 will be reported to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) via Form 1099-MISC. Winners of prizes valued at $600.00 or more must provide a valid Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number before prize fulfillment. Failure to provide this information may result in forfeiture of the prize.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its agents to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, statements, and address (city and state) for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media, now known or hereafter developed, without additional compensation, notification, or permission.

12. General Conditions

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (d) technical or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.

Entrants who violate these Official Rules, tamper with the operation of the Sweepstakes, engage in fraud or any unsportsmanlike or disruptive behavior, or act with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person may be disqualified by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Winner List

For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Beyond the Boot Tracks Season 1 Sweepstakes — Winner List, [PO BOX ADDRESS TBD], [City, State ZIP TBD]. Requests must be received after [DATE TBD] and no later than [DATE TBD].

15. Privacy Policy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at beyondtheboottracks.com/privacy. Personal data collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used for Sweepstakes administration, prize fulfillment, winner notification, tax reporting, and marketing communications. By entering, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in these Official Rules and the Privacy Policy.
