2. Membership

Beyond the Boot Tracks offers a membership club with the following terms:

• The membership fee is a one-time payment of $100.
• Membership includes access to The Field Report content and one entry into the current sweepstakes giveaway.
• Each sweepstakes season requires a new membership. Memberships do not automatically renew or carry over between sweepstakes periods.
• Membership benefits and included content are subject to change at our discretion.

3. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (Square or Stripe). All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once your sweepstakes entry has been recorded. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

4. Sweepstakes

All sweepstakes conducted by Beyond the Boot Tracks are governed by separate Official Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall control with respect to the applicable sweepstakes.

You agree not to:
